PulsoConnect provides AI-powered infrastructure for autonomous business operations, including identity verification, financial management, career acceleration, and content distribution tools. Our Services include web applications, APIs, and AI agents.

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Plaid, Supabase, Google AI). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulsoConnect LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
